Apple or its trade-in partners reserve the right to refuse or limit quantity of any trade-in transaction for any reason. Desktop computer trade-in is currently only available online and some stores may have additional requirements. Offer may not be available in all stores, and may vary between in-store and online trade-in. In-store trade-in requires presentation of a valid photo ID. Actual value awarded is based on receipt of a qualifying device matching the description provided when estimate was made.
Trade-in value may be applied towards qualifying new device purchase or added to an Apple Store Gift Card. You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to trade in for credit or for an Apple Store Gift Card.
Trade-in values will vary based on the condition, year and configuration of your eligible trade-in device. Every Apple product is free of PVC and phthalates with the exception of AC power leads in India, Thailand (for two-pin AC power leads) and the Republic of Korea, where we continue to seek government approval for our PVC and phthalates replacement. Apple defines its restrictions on harmful substances, including definitions for what Apple considers to be “free of”, in the Apple Regulated Substances Specification. ENERGY STAR and the ENERGY STAR mark are registered trademarks owned by the US Environmental Protection Agency. Downloading apps requires an Apple ID and a device that is compatible with the OS version required for each app.
